In light of a very positive vocational change that will require more of my time, I have made the decision not to continue to attempt to maintain updates on Necessary Miscellany. Run by young people, inclusive of all. Smile, breathe and go slowly. We recognise that life can get busy. Finding the time to pause and reflect is difficult, especially amidst an ever-growing to-do list and an inbox that keeps piling up. But somehow you found yourself here, and for that we are grateful. We are a group of young people who practice mindfulness inspired by the teachings of Zen master, poet and peace activist Thich Nhat Hanh.
