One thing that gave me a hard time here is the weather.The winter was almost unbearable because I came from a country where there is 12 months of sunshine.And now that it is summer,and the sun is overhead,we are on the other extreme.I wish that we had something in the middle.All in all,my stay in Belgium was memorable. Tuesday, June 13, 2006. One year stay in Belgium. I have been in Belgium since September 2005 for the one year course of Public Health. My studies have been wonderful regarding the field of research. Due to diversity of culture in Belgium,It was easy to adapt so quickly,people are kind and are ready to help. I have visited different historical areas like Brudge,Dinant and the famous Atomium monument. I would like to come again during summer holidays.
Tuesday, June 13, 2006. My one year stay in Brussels. What nice and hectic moments I had! I arrived in Brussels from Rwanda on the morning of 28th september 2006 aboard Brussels airlines. The most differences experienced are extreem temperatures from the time I arrived to Mid-may, it was too cold to sustain. Now teperatures seem to be turning to the other extreem, too hot. I enjoyed the good relationship with my collegues in the course, lectures for different courses and the Belgian people.
