The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. Four years has brought much change. Four years ago, to the day, I moved to Country Manor as a newly-single mom of a five year old and three year old. Now I sit in Allegheny Arms in the home that will see my seven and nine year old start 2nd and 4th grade. For the Lord shall comfort Zion, he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord.

Saturday, January 30, 2010. Wednesday morning we had a homeschool co-op field trip to a local pizza restaurant. My kids had never actaully been to a pizza place before, so they thought it was great fun. Each table got to put toppings on a pizza, then tour the kitchen while they baked. not a bad mid morning snack! Links to this post. Taylor had his first Upward game today. too funny! He just was facinated with watching the time clock run.

Et år av en annen verden. Nord Thailand - opplevelse! Når disse fire dagene var ferdige med regn kom solen igjen, og det ble utrolig varmt. Jeg fikk da et helt nytt bilde av Nan og Banden. Det kom da fram et utrolig fint og nydelig sted, med en fantastisk natur og noen nydelige smilende mennesker. Og en kan jo si det slik at mange ting ble mye bedre når bare sola og varmen kom frem. Oppe til venstre er der vi bodde, og oppe til høyre ser dere kirka.
