Monday, December 1, 2014. By Saturday I felt back to normal so the plan was to do 10 miles that included the one little hill we have in Woodburn, which is three miles from my house. It was pretty cold out but I felt good. I was doing hill repeats in the cold sunshine and felt good.

Tuesday, December 30, 2008. After months of waiting, I finally get my new wheelchair. This one rolls much easier so hopefully I can race faster with it at the Kona marathon 5k race in June.
