I can only sincerely apologise for what has ended up being a two month break from blogging and say that Im excited to be writing this post to hopefully get me back in the swing of things! I think finishing school meant that my work ethic went out of the window a little and I fully embraced the freedom of the summer so that is the best explanation I can offer for neglecting my blog but I hope you can all forgive me! Saturday, October 17, 2009. First warm your oven for dough to rise. While dough is rising make sure oven is off. Divide the dough into half and refrigerate. Roll out dough and spread with butter. Dump cinnamon on the butter. Fold and cut in to strips. Drench strip in butter and cover in cinnamon while twisting. Place on the pan leaving a bit of space for dough to rise.

Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Our beautiful new bathroom! Kurt and I took advantage of the empty nest we had for a little while and completely renovated the hall bathroom. We ripped out everything except the bathtub and the tile around it. It took a lot of time and hard work, but it was so worth it! The before- a dated, functional, but not pretty bathroom. The gutted bathroom- pulling up the old linoleum and scraping off all the glue was quite a chore. The finished bathroom- a big change! .
