Wednesday, June 19, 2013. I just wanted to do a quick post to tell you about my day 3. It was so much better! No headaches today. I think it was more like a migraine yesterday just terrible. Today I woke up in a good mood and could tell that I felt different. In good spirits and everything. That required a lot of self-control for me. I know that I have a major sugar and carb addiction bad, bad, bad. However my sweet potatoe was delicious! I think not eati.

Wednesday, May 6, 2009. All I can say is life is getting better and better. We will be leaving here on June 5th and not turning back and we are excited about the move and what it has to bring us.
