So this is a long overdue post, but I thought I would give you a quick rundown of our trip to Germany which was awesome by the way. Be warned this post contains an above average amount of selfies. And yes, I waved to Aubrey as we flew over Kansas. Arrived to winter wonderland there was a weird freak snowstorm the day before which left everything perfectly blanketed in snow for our arrival. We stayed in the most adorable village called Garmish Partenkirchen.

One of the wonderful things about living where we do is the regular Northern Lights displays. Most clear evenings we have swirling lights dancing over our heads as we dance on the ground trying to stay warm while Bob the Unfreezable sniffs and wanders around before bed. The last few weeks have been white lights, the colours have faded, maybe it is the time of year.
