Wednesday, July 25, 2012. New York, The Statue of Liberty and Philadelphia. This time around we had some visitors. Cole and Jana came to visit and we took a day trip to Philadelphia. Evie likes to copy Richie. Cole was super helpful when he was taking our pictures. We just discovered that we had a rooftop deck. Napping on the tour bus.

Friday, December 6, 2013. Day Two with the Dewsnups. We were so lucky to have the best weather, so for our second day adventure we decided to go see Salem, after all it was during Halloween. Neuer Glanz für das historische Rittergut Niendieck. Wo einst die Herren von Katte lebten, entsteht heute ein kleines Kulturzentrum. Dieser Katte-Zweig gehörte der Bremischen Ritterschaft an. Auf halbem Weg zwischen Geversdorf und Oberndorf, in der malerischen Osteniederung gelegen, erweist sich das Rittergut Niendieck als märchenhaft anmutendes Kleinod in der offenen Landschaft.
