My name is Hannah Leeman and I am 17 years old. This summer I am lucky enough to have been selected for a fully funded scholarship to travel and study in China through the NSLI-Y National Security Language Initiative for Youth. For six weeks I will be living with host families, studying the language, and traveling through the country with 20 other Maine students. My journey begins in Beijing 2 days, then Harbin 3 weeks, next Xi39;an 2 days, then Kunming 2 weeks and finally Guangzhou.CONTENT
