Monday, August 10, 2015. My physical goals have been moving along great this week! Jackie, Dad, Mom, David, and Alexa got me an early birthday gift, a Fitbit Charge HR. It not only tracks my steps and sleep but also my heart rate. I finally found out my resting heart rate. 55 bpm which turns out to be super healthy! I was also able to break my plateau this week!
