Wednesday, March 3, 2010. I recently bought a bag of pre-marinated chicken fajita meat on sale at Kroger, and decided to make it for dinner on Monday night. However, it made a TON. I think I could have easily fed 6-8 people with the amount of meat in that package! So, instead of having fajitas for 3 nights in a row, I decided to get creative and make some changes to this brown bag burrito.

Tuesday, July 28, 2015. Well, summer is here and it is HOT HOT HOT! But we are having soooo much fun! It is going by way too fast for me. We just wrapped up a FABULOUS two-week visit with Mimi, and I somehow got no pictures of her with the kids. But we did a bunch these last few weeks, so here is a quick highlight reel!
