In July 2010, I committed to exercise everyday that I worked. That brought about a lot of unexpected changes and the loss of almost 100 pounds now! Sunday, October 14, 2012. Yesterday I participated in the Cochise County Classic. So, packing on the pounds I did! The hotel was next door to the Border Patrol Detention Facility and we had read that announcements were made over the loud speakers all night long.
