GSE 5510 - Niigata, Japan. Saturday, November 24, 2007. We spent the day in Kyoto again. This morning we visited Kinkakuji, the Golden Pavilion. It was incredible! We ate lunch at the same Okonomiyaki restaurant we ate at yesterday. True to my word, I have eaten okonomiyakis every day since coming to Osaka. Sunday, August 28, 2011. We slowly but surely returned the routines of our lives - all the while knowing that we were somehow forever changed by this incredible experience. A dinner filled with great Mexican food and good margaritas, and stories and laughter until our tummies hurt, was a perfect reunion.

We traveled to Winterthur to see Technorama, a very large hands-on science museum filled with all kinds of activities to explore and exhibits to see. The museum was three stories high, filled with all experimental stations that varied from magnets, to electricity. This was definitely the science enthusiasts playground. Monday, May 4, 2009.
