The Love Story of Grumpy Pants and Sasparilla. Section of the website, you can see that I am married to Don, or as we like to call him, Sasparilla. He is the most wonderful, Godly husband and I love him very much. Here is the crazy story of how we met, and met, and met; fell in love; and God taught me that He is always in control - no matter what I may think. Apparently, Sasparilla and I first met in our freshman orientation class at Louisiana Tech.
Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Ok, so my first recipe here is a cheat. But I have to brag on my wonderful Mother in Law, Carol. She, and her two kids - Don and Les - are the most incredible cooks ever.
Let me start with the simple stuff. I am a youngish married Christian woman just trying to figure out how I became an adult; but through it all I follow my God on the path He leads me. I was married in January 2008 to the most wonderful man, Donald. He loves the Lord and loves me, who could ask for more? And for the boring stuff, I have worked in health care.
I lurve to hear from new people! One of my goals in starting this blog is to make some bloggy friends.

So why is Grumpy Pastor so grumpy anyways? Could it be because his coffee is a little cold? Is it because he wishes that for communion he would get to use a good Bordeaux instead of Mogen David? Is it because nobody has invited him out for a beer in a couple of months? It is because his collar is on too tight? Grumpy Pastor might be a Lutheran. He might be serving a congregation somewhere in Minnesota.
