Thursday, March 14, 2013. We had tried to come to the Zoo on Monday. But being Spring Break and all it was way to crowded. We could not find a parking spot anywhere. So today we got here a bit earlier 945 and found a parking spot in the overflow lot. Thomas had a great time reading all the facts about the animals. We even watched a Condor eating a rabbit, actually several rabbits. Thomas got very brave at the end, and started pulling softly on the goats horns. He is overcoming his fear of dogs too.

just another day in paradise

The simple events in day to day life that give us something to live for. Sunday, August 16, 2015. One more week until school starts! Unbelievable. And unbelievable that I have not documented at all. I guess it is time for those all in one posts that include three months of material! It has been a great, busy summer. June and July were especially busy. As things begin to slow down I suppose it is time to start school back up again.

Piece of Mind

We have eaten many home cooked meals, our house is getting better organized and I made a ton of progress in the fitness department. It has helped my perspective tremendously. I can choose to be happy and I can choose to have faith no matter what cards I am dealt.
