The national legislative body of a nation, especially a republic. Did you know that Congress is meeting? No, not the US Congress or even your state legislature, but the World Congress of Families. Never heard of it? But, I digress.

The concept is inspired by the Iron Chef where two chefs with, each with unique culinary styles, create their own interpretations of the designated meal. For our reception we will have this small-ish restaurant to ourselves, we are very excited about it.
