Rome was not built in a day and neither is your yoga practice. Yoga is an ongoing journey that is never perfected. Good news! That means you can do it for the rest of your life! I do not care if your goal has nothing to do with the mind and spirit part of yoga. My hope is that when you do come in, you have an open mind and willingness to receive the amazing gifts yoga can eventually bring. And, of course, the added benefit of an amazing body. Not always, but I sure do try.
