My wife and I were talking about writing in journals. She mentioned that she heard that even if you can not write a formal journal you should at least write something you are grateful for each day. The cranberry-orange muffin I felt so smug about had 480 calories, many of them from fat, while the chocolate glazed doughnuts the reporters loved were a mere 290 calories, with less fat.
