Sunday, February 17, 2013. 400g can chickpeas rinsed and drained. 2 spring onions sliced thinly. 1 can champignons drained and sliced. To make dressing, mix together oil and lemon juice in a screw top jar. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl, drizzle with dressing before serving.

We all have challenges in life, so this blog is my way as a writer to work through the issues in my life and around me, with hopes of helping others. Lucky to know Lorie Siebels. Tonight I write with my emotions swirling . I feel shock, disbelief, sadness, anger, and so much more, including gratefulness. You see, a longtime colleague and friend of mine, Lorie Siebels, unexpectedly passed away at the age of 50. As I write this, I am filled with such deep gratitude for having known Lori.
