Lion air overrun runway at the Surabaya airport which led to closure of airport for 2 hours. Plus our flight which came from Chiangmai arrived late at Changi. From where we stood so far away, we can see and hear the faint eruption. After breakfast, we went to another viewing point to see Mount Bromo. Monday, September 5, 2016. It was our usual Qatar Airways flight on Sin - Doh - Jro route. The lounge in Qatar International airport was quite full. I managed to take a shower. There was no IFE on Doha - Kili route. Missed the Kili mountain view cos i sat on the right side. Next day breakfast was good. No more electricity so cannot take hot shower.
