Guessing the exact time and place when cancer overtakes his body tends to be an inexact science, apparently. It is, at times, odd to confront death the same one confronts a trip to the supermarket.

Our bus made a few stops on the 7 hour drive from Puno to Cuzco. One was at the little town of Pukara. There are some of the oldest pre-Inca ruins around there. Also, all over Peru, people put Pukara bulls on their roof for good luck. We stopped by a glacier. Stopped to check out some llamas. We made it to Cuzco.

Through the eyes of many, Samoa and Tonga are almost always seen as similar islands, with similar cultures, languages and traditions.
