Sunday, December 30, 2012. A Visit from Flat Stanley. Jack had a blast taking him to church, school, gymnastics class, swimming lessons, music class, and even flying him up into the air on his stomp rocket with some friends! We had a grand time helping him enjoy Washington. On April 15th, it was unseasonably warm where we live.

Monday, June 17, 2013. Today we toured the Black Forrest. It was one of the prettiest places we have seen. We stopped at local workshop where they build cuckoo clocks. We also walked to a small church built in the 13th century. Sunday, June 2, 2013. We visited the Marksburg Castle, built on the Rhine River. It has retained nearly all of its initial construction and stands as the best preserved cas.

Sunday, May 23, 2010. It was a perfect day for Heather and KR. We are happy that all went well. Tuesday, December 29, 2009. It has been a long time since I last posted something on this blog.
