Its easy and filling and very inexpensive to make. 2 lbs ground beef browned. 2 yellow onions chopped I like sweet onions. 2 15 oz cans of tomato sauce. 2 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes stewed tomatoes will do in a pinch. 3 cloves fresh garlic minced. 2 TBSP Italian seasoning. 1 TBSP seasoning salt. 2 cups elbow macaroni. I like it best without. 2 cups corn meal.
