Our adventure at Volcan Irazu. Thursday, September 23, 2010. Yesterday we went to Volcan Irazu, about 1 12 hours from San Jose. It was a beautiful drive, but we couldnt believe it was Costa Rica! 262 feet down. Then there was the third. It was HUGE! Way, way, way deeper than 262 feet. At the bottom of this huge crater was not a lot of water, but. Around it the rock structure was incredible. So gigantic and indescribable! Despite of my stomach hurting, I really did enjoy the experience!
