Sunday, June 12, 2011. What Have I Been Up To Lately? The temps have really shot up lately and my mid morning run has needed to be pushed back a couple of hours to earlier morning so that I dont become to overheated. I am still drenched when I finish my run, but I love that! One thing I am doing much more of is resitance training.lots of free weights, push ups, jump squats, planks.things like that.
