Sunday, March 9, 2014. This past February we were able to take a break from the long winter and travel to Arizona to visit family. It was an awesome visit, full of great memories. We were able to attend the Gilbert Temple Open House. It was great for the kids to be able to go through a temple before it was dedicated. Wednesday, July 6, 2011. Hsiaoyukeng contains a multitude of volcanic fumaroles, sulfur crystals, hot springs, and landslides. The bright yellow sulfur crystals form at the openings to the vents in a vast area where the mountain appear to have slid away. It is reminiscent of geothermal activity found in Yellowstone, but located in a massive scare in the mountainside with a pile of rubble at the bottom.
