The GLS playground has had some replacements put in. But we are very proud because it has been here for since 1988 and is sill in Grey Lynn school after for all these years. We are very lucky to have the playground with us because it is very old,. We play on it at morning tea and lunch.

Saturday, 18 July 2015. Why is water important By Charlotte. Water is important because it keeps people alive. We cannot see the molecules. Each water is made up of molecules and atoms. Water is hard when it is ice. Water is a gas in a boiling pot. We need to drink water every day. We use water to clean our selves. We learnt how to help keep the sea animals alive.

Fia Fia day in the rain! At Fia Fia day on Friday we got wet! We sang our Pohutukawa song in the rain, it watered the trees! It was still fun singing and dancing in the rain. When we came back to class we made Candy Cane Mice to decorate our Christmas trees and showed our work. Our parents and Grandparents came to see us.
