Just another diet and food blog. Friday, March 4, 2011. I have worked out every night this week in some way. Monday, I did Pilates at lunch time and then a run once I was home. Tuesday, I took the puppy for a run with Mum. Wednesday I walked around the markets, then to and from the car park to gaming and back. Thursday, I went for another run and felt great afterwards.
