When I started, and I was told to bend over and touch my toes.well, lets just say if my toes started below my knees I did a pretty good job! Now, however, I can touch my actual toes! After doing so, and showing all family members how I can, I somehow threw out my hip! When did I get so old? Threw out my hip? I hate that old woman!
