Saturday, September 17, 2011. Here is our old couch. But I got tired of the plaid. This is a before picture. I forgot to take it before I took the first cushion cover off, so piled the pillows up instead, but you get the idea. Until then, here is my next project.

Monday, January 10, 2011. Afterward. Felt great. Medal is in the mail, however. We did get a nice running t-shirt. I got the chance to be part of the Disney Half Marathon. Had I realized the cool implication of the Goofy Challenge which is first the Half on Saturday and then the Full on Sunday, I would have done that. Notice my marathon attire in protective Army gear! Luckily, we did not have to run in it! I will get a group photo after the finish. We had about 14 people from the CSH run it.CONTENT

Exciting stuff! So the kitchen sink decided to stop producing hot water, and the lovely man from NPower said it had something to do with the taps. So we bought some fancy new ones. Anyhow, I found the perfect one - and it was cheap! Anyway, I found this beauty in IKEA. I put the whole thing.

There really was just no way we could budget in fruit. We barely had any vegetables as it was. How long can the body cope on that kind of diet, without long term damaging effects? Is there a link between poverty and learning disabilities.
