Sunday, December 27, 2009. December brings big waves and beautiful sunsets. The surf just pounds the beaches all the time. At night it sounds like we are in a jumbo jet with the engines going! We can tell how high the surf will be in the morning by the volume of the ocean from our room. Sunday, November 29, 2009. The day after Thanksgiving Lyle and I went for a beautiful hike above the Pupukea. We were above the rain forest. Canopy and it was so impressive.
