The Rooftop Garden in Brooklyn Thrives! July 31, 2011. We have a great garden growing on our rooftop in Brooklyn overlooking the construction of the new stadium at Atlantic Center. At first, we planted in clay pots and plastic pots. We have cucumbers, tomatoes, peas, green-beans, green peppers, serano chiles, and lots of herbs. The bucket is then inser.
The only thing I did differently was using miso instead of salt, so maybe that allowed the yoghurt culture to grow more than usual. Anyway, it tastes good, and no different from any other time.
The other day I drank this cleansing concoction throughout the day. Its got a nice kick to it and I actually enjoyed the taste. The lime juice cuts through the mucous in the body, the honey is glucose for the brain and the cayenne helps to clear your arteries.
