I have a few things that intend to do. 1 Run at least 4 days a week. 2 Beat my Nike Fuel goal everyday. 3 Eat to live. 4 Stay off the scale. 5 Get back to my weight training in the evening. 6 Go to hot yoga once a week. 7 Smile and laugh more. 8 Enjoy playing with my children. 9 love myself everyday, no matter what. 10 Read or listen to books.
