Saturday, July 17, 2010. One Workout in Two Weeks. I ran one time on vacation last week - the date was July 4th. LOL The rest of that week was EXTREMELY hot and I was camping without Bob. I could have gone for a run if I had made it happen, but. well, I did not. So there it is. And this past week? Labels kick in the pants.
