Friday, May 15, 2009. The ski area is the Mont-Blanc Evasion Domain, which encompasses St Gervais, Megeve, Les Contamines and Combloux, and features an incredible 450km of pistes! We can accomodate 4 adults plus children - contact us for more info! For sun lovers - the temperature hovers around the 30 degree mark until September. Nights are chillier and a few days are.
Our strategies include recycling of almost all waste, composting, local food sourcing, energy efficiency within the chalet, real fire with renewable source of wood, home growing, and anything else we can think of to this end. All advice to help in this is appreciated.
St Gervais offers a traditional French Spa Town atmosphere with access to 450km of pistes and a great snow record. There are also 3 snowparks covered on the Mont-Blanc Evasion pass, plus an immeasurable amount of friendly off-piste. We are just 20 minutes walk from the main lift, or the free Ski Bus stops just outside the Chalet. Or drop us an email! .
