Wednesday, 1 October 2014. Display for pest rings. This is the display I made for my pest ring collection. I wanted to make a display that would let me show the intricacy of these rings, that is why I decided on the thin wire. I used the rough wood to link to, or reference the roughness of the shanks. The idea was to focus on basic craft techniques, but with 3 cans of paint i think it turned into a street art convention needless to say the kids had fun and were all very enthusiastic.
