Be the change you want to see. Monday, October 09, 2006. IT IS RAINY SEASON IN SIERRA LEONE, one of the wettest places on earth. Yet miraculously the water supply is regularly shut off. People are left without water to cook with, to wash with, to drink. The sanitation here is horrendous. In the dry season it will go on for weeks and many people will die. This is the only capital city in the world without electricity. Why? Make no mistake, though.
