Wednesday, December 12, 2007. Both the kidneys appear normal in size. Mild separation of pelvicalyceal system seen in the right kidney and a few bright echoes seen in the right kidney. Left kidney appears within normal limit. Cortex and medulla are well defined. One tiny bright echo seen in the right kidney. No focal lesion, stone like echo or hydronephrotic changes seen.
