Sunday, August 12, 2012. First, I would like to say that I made a goal for myself during my time at the refuge. This goal was to see a sandhill crane on the refuge before the end of my internship. I have seen one before, but never on the refuge. Well on 8102012, I spotted two sandhill cranes to the northern side of the refuge. Goal accomplished. Welcome to Montezuma. This is where it all started. June 4th was the first day of a great summer that I will never forget. I will miss it here. Day 1 Fun sutff.

Friday, January 6, 2017. Today was a moving day. now that lisa and andy had to go back t work we had thought we could go closer to our habitat friends and also some Ithaca ones also. did some biking and odd jobs even got in a swim or two. Tuesday, January 3, 2017. On sundy we attended church here in the campground a nice service. then on to lisa and andy for dinner.
