Our life on Pine Tree Hollow Lane. Wednesday, September 10, 2008. A 507 Mile Round Trip Adventure. This past weekend, Michael and I went on a road trip to Iowa, Minnesota and ended up spending the night in Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin. We had an amazing time and we were able to see some pretty neat sights! We saw a Wind Turbine Farm, Amish families on their way to church and the Mississippi River. Monday, September 15, 2008. One hell of a storm. Yesterday and into this morning we were hit with one of the worst windstorms in our history. Luckily all of my family and friends in the area are safe, however some were not so lucky. Four people have died as a result of the storm, and the number may rise as the cleanup continues. Below are a few pictures I took of my area, and many more can be found.
