Saturday, 25 October 2008. Time to head to bed. Recently Ive been finding that Ive been terrible at going to sleep at a good time. I can actually -get- to bed quite early in the evening, say 10ish.but I just cant bring myself to go to sleep until probably 1 or 2ish, which means in turn Im waking up later or just generally feeling more tired when I wake up.its a horrible horrible cycle. Damnmight have to be swimming then! Right, off to bed then! Or might read a book.or something. Untitled album side.CONTENT
