I have been painting in watercolor and pastel for several years now. I began a career with a degree in graphic arts, and in time found my way to watercolor and soft pastels and fell in love. Saturday, November 19, 2011. I am still working on adding all of my work to my Etsy shop. I took a little break and am getting back on the horse. and of course, I keep making work. These pieces are something new that I am trying. I only have like one fancy frame . hence the repetition of the frame. if I sell enough work I might one day invest in another fancy frame. A ride of discovery in art-making and small business development. Come out this weekend! I will have work in the W7 Collective sale this weekend. I am very excited about these pieces. I took the photos within about the last year, and I had processed some of them, but having this show to prepare for led to me finishing out the set. Let me know what you think.

Our paintings and drawings range from rich values to glorious color. I spent my younger years on a cattle ranch in the Bear Lake Valley of Northern Utah. My husband, Ted and I now make our home in Cache Valley. This has been a wonderful place to raise our five sons. I like to work in pencil, oil, watercolor, pastel and acrylic.
