Recipe by Terry Stanford. 1 cup brown sugar. 1 cup white sugar. 1 cup flour. 1 t lemon extract. 2 cups quick cooking oatmeal. Blend the brown sugar, white sugar and Crisco. Add eggs, vanilla and lemon. Mix the flour, soda, and salt in a separate bowl then add to the mixture. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.CONTENT
