Sunday, July 26, 2015. We finally made it up the Great Wheel of Seattle. It is a giant ferris wheel right on the water. The kids all loved it, except for Andrew, who hated it till the last rotation, then begged to go again. We finally finished the upstairs bedroom! It was so exciting! I made torta de mil hojas for treat but it turned out a little messy.

Sunday, June 19, 2011. Major Events of the Last 6 Months. I think it is official that I fail at blogging. It has been close to 6 months since I last posted. I often forget that I actually have a blog. Thankfully the major things that have happened in my life since my last adventure-full post fit on a short list. 1 I turned 21! On my actually birthday, me and my roommates went to Chilies and ordered some Margaritas, Pina coladas and Strawberry dackeries. It was awesome! 2 Two of my cousins got married.

Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Evie loves parades and living in Montrose has been treating her well. For a small town we have an abnormal amount of parades. Probably about 6-7 per year maybe more. The first Saturday of December is always the Parade of Lights. Here are a few of the highlights. Evie LOVES the movie Cars. Each night after we tuck her in and say good night she tells.
