Thursday, May 7, 2015. One Year Post-Op April 21, 2015 Update. April 21st. was one year Post-Op for me. Wow, what a year its been! My scars are fading nicely and I am working on getting a tan on my chest and back. I still have a little numbness around my nipples and where the drains were. I still massage my incisions on a regular basis. I have not kept up with rubbing Bio Oil on my incisions but I bought some more and am going to start that up again. Links to this post.
