Monday, January 2, 2012. Potato Harvest from Fall 2011. Here is the fruits of our Summer 2011 potato bucket! We harvested them at the end of October. Not too bad, ha ha, but at least we got something! I rather doubt they got enough water and were totally shaded by the tomatoes.

This post has taken me a while to get down. Every time I sit down to write it I get so angry. I got to experience first-hand the aftermath of some shoddy asset planning. You have a family member with special needs, and you want to make sure they are taken care of after you are gone;. That brings me to the secon.
