Thursday, September 3, 2009. Just to Clear the Record. For the Record, I need to correct this! There are issues in previous posts that I need to clarify. I said that the Early Retirees who retired and immediately drew benefits from the Health and Benefit Plan took money that they were not entitled to get. I still feel that these Retirees knew they were not entitled. Now, did the POA do something wrong? They discriminated in favor of some Plan participan.
