Wednesday, January 23, 2013. So, as you are well aware, I am pathetically terrible at keeping up with the blog. Which is even more terrible now that I live away from family and the majority of people who are interested in my life. I have not left a lifeline. I can say that I will try to do better. It is so nice not to have to share walls with anyone and have many rooms to use throughout the day. My kitchen is a dream! Here are some pic.

Saturday, July 11, 2015. Balsamic, strawberry chicken Caesar salad. Place thawed chicken in tin foil lined glass dish. Rub balsamic vinegar all over chicken breast. Bake 10 minutes, flip chicken and bake 8 more. Slice and serve over Caesar salad, add strawberries. Chicken with pesto, tomato, mozzarella, and parm cheese. Line glass dish with tin foil. Place thawed chicken in dish and rub with pesto, then top with sliced tomato, then mozzarella cheese, then parm cheese and bake 18-20 minutes.
