After the ULTRArace 100 at the end of June my recovery included no running at all for four days followed by ten days easing back into training for my most important race of the year. August that I found out exactly who else had been selected to represent England in the Commonwealth Champ.
Thursday, September 16, 2010. PERTH ULTRA FEST 24 HOUR RACE. Training for this race began about two weeks after arriving home from the World Championships in Brive.
