This came from Dont Panic - More Dinners in the Freezer. 189; cup butter, melted. 189; cup flour. 188; t. black pepper. 1 t dried basil. 3 cups chicken broth. 3 cups cooked chicken, diced. 8 oz lasagna noodles. 2 cups cottage cheese. 1 egg, slightly beaten. 5 oz frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained. 189; lb mozzarella, thinly sliced. 8 oz fresh parmesan cheese, grated. Friday, March 18, 2011. So is meatloaf weird? I had always thought it was.
